Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the package and products for verification.
